How to Review Purchase History on your Wholesale Account

Learn how to review, analyze, or reorder past purchases

Step 1: Navigate to the My Account Page
Log in to your Premium Party Distribution account. Click the Profile Icon in the upper-right corner to open the My Account page.
Step 2: View Recent Activity
In the Recent Activity section on the My Account page, you’ll see a list of your recent orders. Each entry displays the Reference Number, Submission Date, Order Amount, and Status (e.g., "Awaiting Merchant" or "Processing"). Click on a Reference Number (e.g., P#1005) to view the order details.

Step 3: Review Order Details

On the Order Summary page, you can view:

Order Status (e.g., Awaiting Merchant). Payment Method (e.g., Quote or Credit Card). Shipping Method and Shipping Address. Items in the order, including product details, quantities, and prices. Use the Actions dropdown menu to: Add items from this order to an existing cart. Create a new cart with these items.

Step 4: Access the Reports Section

Scroll down to the Reports section on the My Account page. Click Purchase History by Time Period to access detailed purchasing data.

Step 5: Filter and Analyze Purchase History

On the Reports page: Use the dropdown menu to filter your purchase history by time period (e.g., by quarter or year). View a table displaying:

Products purchased, SKU numbers and descriptions, and Purchase quantities for the selected time period. Click on a product name to view more details or reorder the item directly using the Order Again button.
